ShowBinder ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
ShowBinder is operated by an independent developer based in the United Kingdom and is subject to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Vendor accounts — when you create a vendor account, we collect your email address, your chosen display name, and your vendor slug. This is used to authenticate you and identify your inventory page.
Inventory data — card listings you upload or enter manually, including card names, set information, prices, conditions, grading details, images, and stock status. This data is associated with your vendor account and displayed publicly on your inventory page.
Contact / waitlist submissions — if you submit your name, email and message via our contact form, that data is stored and used only to respond to your enquiry.
Usage data — we may collect basic, anonymised usage data (such as page views) to understand how the product is being used. This does not identify you personally.
Buyer visitors — buyers who scan a vendor QR code and browse inventory are not required to create an account or provide any personal data. We do not track individual buyers.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform hosted in the EU. Supabase implements row-level security — only authenticated vendor accounts can modify their own listings. Buyers can read listings but cannot write, edit or delete any data.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.

ShowBinder does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to maintain your login session. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.

Vendor account data and inventory listings are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.
ShowBinder is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the ShowBinder website. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
